Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
Does DealsHub sell personal information?
No. DealsHub does not sell personal information for money. However, we do work with affiliate networks and analytics providers whose use of tracking technologies may be considered "sharing" under California law.
Your rights
- Right to know — request a list of the categories of personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sharing — ask us to stop sharing your personal information with affiliate or analytics partners.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request
Email admin@dealshubapp.com with the subject line CCPA Request. Please include:
- The type of request (know / delete / correct / opt out of sharing).
- Enough information for us to verify your identity (usually the email address associated with your account).
- Whether you are submitting on behalf of someone else and your authority to do so.
Verification & response time
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and substantively respond within 45 days, as required by the CCPA. If we need more time we will tell you why.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authority.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
DealsHub honours the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request. Enable GPC in your browser and we will treat visits from that browser as if you had submitted a do-not-share request.
